1. Scope
This policy applies to the Meshworthy macOS application, meshworthy.com, launch and product emails sent by Meshworthy, and messages sent to our contact or support addresses. It does not govern Apple, Loops, Cloudflare, or another service you choose to visit; those services publish their own privacy terms.
2. Model files and local application data
Meshworthy processes STL, OBJ, 3MF, and PLY model data locally on your Mac. Model geometry is not sent to Meshworthy for parsing, diagnosis, repair, splitting, hollowing, or export validation. The application does not require a Meshworthy account or cloud geometry service.
Files remain in locations you select. macOS controls file and folder access, and locally stored preferences or recent-file references remain on the device. You control those files through Finder, application settings where available, and standard macOS application-data controls.
3. Information we process
Website requests
This website does not currently install an advertising SDK, analytics SDK, tracking pixel, fingerprinting script, or analytics cookie. Like most hosted websites, our hosting and security infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP address, browser and device headers, requested URL, timestamp, and security events to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose availability problems.
Launch notifications and product emails
If you voluntarily subscribe, the form sends your email address, the page or form source, and a Meshworthy mailing-list label directly to Loops. We use that information to confirm the subscription and send launch news or occasional product updates. Subscription is optional and is not required to use the application or read the website.
Contact and support messages
When you email us, we process your address, message, and any information you choose to include so we can respond, investigate the request, protect the service, and maintain necessary correspondence. Please do not attach a confidential model file unless Meshworthy support specifically asks for it and you are authorized to share it.
Purchases
App Store purchases, payment details, and Apple ID authentication are handled by Apple. Meshworthy uses Apple’s StoreKit entitlement result to determine whether Pro features are available; Meshworthy does not operate a payment or license-account server and does not receive your full payment-card details.
Crash reports and diagnostics
Meshworthy does not automatically send application analytics or crash reports to Meshworthy. If you choose to send diagnostic information to support, you control the message and attachments. Review them before sending; technical logs can contain filenames, paths, device details, or other information relevant to the problem.
4. Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers only for the operational purposes described here:
- Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery, and security.
- Loops (Astrodon Corporation) stores mailing-list records and delivers subscription and product emails.
- Apple distributes the application and processes App Store purchases and entitlements.
- Email providers transmit and store messages sent to our contact and support addresses.
These providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy commitments. Meshworthy does not sell or rent personal information and does not share it for third-party behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business reorganization where legally permitted and appropriately protected.

5. Retention and deletion
- Model files and local preferences: remain under your control on your Mac until you remove them or uninstall and clear associated application data.
- Mailing-list records: remain while you are subscribed. Unsubscribing stops marketing messages; limited suppression records may be retained to honor the opt-out and meet legal obligations.
- Support and contact records: are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain support history, protect the service, or meet legal obligations.
- Infrastructure logs: are retained according to the operational and security settings of the relevant hosting or email provider.
To request deletion of information controlled by Meshworthy, email contact@meshworthy.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where required for security, legal compliance, disputes, or an opt-out record.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
You may unsubscribe through the link in any marketing email or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information controlled by Meshworthy. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Applicable law may provide additional rights and exceptions based on your location.
Email contact@meshworthy.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line.
7. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable data-transfer requirements.
8. Children
Meshworthy is a professional 3D-print preparation tool and its website and mailing list are not directed to children. We do not knowingly use the site to collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request its removal.
9. Changes and contact
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change materially. Questions and privacy requests should be sent to contact@meshworthy.com. Product assistance is available from Meshworthy Support or support@meshworthy.com.
